Cancellation Policy: We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice of any changes to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled without 24 hours notification will be required to book any future appointments with a credit card. If future appointments are missed without proper notice the credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.

On parties of 6 or more we will require a 50% downpayment on all services to be rendered. An 18% gratuity will be added for your convenience.
We will need a 72 hour (3 days) cancellation notice to refund your deposit.

If you feel you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call us so that we may reassess or reschedule your appointment so that you can get the full time allotted time to achieve the best results without affecting clients scheduled around you. Please feel free to call ahead of your appointment to see if we are running on time.

Peace and relaxation are an important aspect of Elle Salon. Therefore, upon entering the salon, please take a moment to lower or silence the volume on your cell phone. If you must take a call, please keep your voice low so as not to disturb other clients.
